Species: Mackenzie Valley Wolf Gender: Female Sexuality: Straight Name: Adelle Age: 2.6 years Birth Month: May Birth Place: South of the Aurorae Lake Pack and Rank: None Current Thread(s): None
Height: 2"6' Weight: 87 pounds Build: Better for running, therefor she is very agile and lean. Eye Color: A pigment of brown and yellow. Fur Color(s): Her fur is mostly a calm, creamy white, but additions of gray and brown make it so that she didn't have that perfect, wintertime appearance. The gray travels from the base of her back, all the way up to her face, where it dips down over her forehead and mixes with the white along her cheeks, faded enough that it's only noticeable if her company is close enough. Brown takes its toll on her snout - with one quick stripe on her nose -, underneath her eyes with another splatter of color, and then finally on her ears, where it fads into gray as it nears her head. Fur Texture/Length: Smooth and lush, though it thicker around vital areas, giving her more protection where it is needed. Accessories: None *Over-all Description: Actually quite the pretty thing, Adelle relies on her agility and speed rather then her strength. Slightly on the smaller side, she tends to avoid tussles, and if she ends up in the middle of one, is either able to make a quick escape or calm the party down. Her unique markings and even stare often make her seem like a mysterious being, but one would have to muster up the guts to find out if that's how she really was.
Over-All Personality: A big ole sweetheart is what she is! Addie is a darling, and adores love, family and respect above anything else. Her parents had taught her that 'violence was never the way', and instead she was told that love was the answer to everyone's prayers; she will forever hold those words to her heart, and follows them with her life. She's also probably one of the most loyal things around. If she says something, she'll do it. If she puts her mind to something, there's nothing stooping her; that's just the way it is - and always will be. Maternal love had always graced her life, and therefor she'd really love to give back to those who'd never been as fortunate as her. Yes, she did love those little fur-balls, running around at her feet .. it was her soft spot.
But not only did she kick it off with the kids, she was also quite the social butterfly! She adored company, and was always looking for a few companion to chat-away the day with. And if she was unsuccessful? It just meant she'd have to find two the next day! And with this longing - or need, mind you - the thought of joining a pack always managed to peak into her mind. Maybe she'd find one she liked eventually, but she could live on as a loner for as long as she needed, as long as she had those tight friendships she wished for, though.
No, she didn't like to fight. And yes, she wish she could avoid it, but we all know eventually every wolf will get into a tussle or two. Adelle prepares herself for this, and when her time comes, she'll be sure to fight for her life, but try and persway the other out of it first.
Personality Quirks: Addie here has three quirks above everything else, that are sure to make her a memorable companion. The first: Company is a must. Adelle hates being thrown away and unable to socialize; its how she lives and breaths! She loves large groups, and if on her own for two long, she floats into a small state of depression. The second: She is somehow almost always able to find the good side in this. This lady almost never sports a frown, and instead offers a smile and laugh to those people that are down in the dumps. She's your little personal ray of sunshine. The third: She's very easily attached to people. If she hits it off someone, and the other doesn't mind her company, she'll often stick around by their side unless she's told otherwise. And with this, she forms a quick trust-bond with said person. She'd tell you anything and everything that came to her mind, which could be a really good thing ... or really bad. And though this could be annoying to some people, others will probably be flattered that someone trusted them so. *Fears: Being alone, violence *Ambitions/Goals: Meet a good, solid group of friend, explore, eventually join a pack and then - when she's ready - start a family of her own. *Likes: Company, affection, kids, goofing off, rain, freedom *Dislikes: Solitude, anger, overly dominant wolves, being bossed around, sand
Mother:Darcia Father: Crook Brother(s): Roman Sister(s): None *Other Family Members: Unknown

History: Her parents were Alphas of their pack - Blacksun - and Adelle and her brother were their first children ever to enter the world. From the start, the two siblings were shown love and compassion, always in the company of their pack mates or fellow pups. Life was always good, but Roman - Adelle's only brother, who she shared a strong bond with - despised the countless shows of love, and often snapped at everyone and wandered off. Both Crook and Darcia were worried, but thought it was just a 'faze'. But it wasn't.
When the litter reached their first year, every member of Blacksun knew something was wrong. Adelle, being the eldest, confronted him about him, which led to him to exploding into a fit of rage and then attacking her. It wasn't long until Crook came along, saw that Adelle refused to harm her own brother, and managed to get his son away from her. As their father shunned and yelled, Adelle was able to catch Roman's eye. It was sad, hurt; she knew he hadn't meant to do it. And the moment Crook was done, Adelle's one and only brother bolted for the forest, desperate to get away from his mistake. Adelle was tended to, cleaning her wounds and resting, but she couldn't get her brother's face out of her mind, and prayed to Fenrir that he'd return. He never did.
When she neared her second year, she was appointed heir of Blacksun; something she was hoping wasn't going to happen. The days rolled by, her parents teaching her valuable lessons on how to lead a pack and all that sort of things, but she still didn't want that, didn't want any of this. She wanted Roman. Soon enough, after three months of teaching Adelle the way of an Alpha, her parents were ready to step down. But as the pack gathered around, Adelle felt alone and hurt. If she was going to take the throne, she needed her brother here beside her. She told them this, explained herself and her desires, and though they were all disappointed in her decision, respected her for her maturity and courage to shoot down an opportunity like that.
She vowed to return to her parents and pack when she found Roman, leaving the next day and heading north, towards what she didn't know was the Aurorae Lake. During her traveling, she found Roman, but not in the state she wanted to. He was dead, his flesh picked away by disgusting scavengers, and nothing but a lifeless pile of bones and leftover meat. Mourning over his death, she ignored her vow, and continued North, not wanting to bring the news to her parents that their only son was dead. How could she face them after that? So she continued on, deciding to explore and live the life she would choose for herself.
Now only time will tell how her life will turn out.
