Leeeet's Get Ready to Roleplaaaay!
Time to decide who shall be the first alphas, and where each pack will have its historic territory. Remember that these packs must have been established at least 3 years ago, preferably more, and that your territory has a huge affect on the temperment of the pack and vice versa. For instance, a peaceful pack would not take the territory with The Proving Grounds, a sparring arena, unless explained very, very well.

MARSHLAND PACK
History: Upon first leaving the Dancing Lights Forest, Karrai didn’t expect to ever become a leader. However, once settled in the Marshlands, and after growing accustomed to its unforgiving ways, he befriended the wolves that were native to the area. Before Karrai arrived, they were not considered a pack. Instead, they were more like a group, with no rules, and no limitations.
After a few months of unendurable annoyance by the multitude of arrogant and greedy individuals that lived here, Karrai took it upon himself to set some boundaries, and, after many arguments, was finally mutually accepted as a leader. This was the beginning of advancement for these wolves.
Karrai made it a priority to set a property line about the marshlands to dictate his territory, which he often has patrolled by the lower ranking wolves. He also makes sure that there are occasionally wolves of his pack helping the Dancing Lights forest, as, being born and raised there, wishes for it to remain safe. In return, though no deal or pact has been made, he hopes that the Forest would support him as well, should any trouble arise.
The main food found here are basic fish, rats, and occasionally birds, so naturally, good food is worth a lot, and Karrai is willing to offer advancement in the pack for such meals. That’s not to say he couldn’t simply have it taken if he wanted it though.
--------------------
What Aspects of Your Character's Personality Makes Them A Good Leader?: Karrai is a very powerful, well-balanced, and versatile fighter, making him not only offensive, but nimble and defensive as well. Also, he is slightly arrogant, so he tends to get his way more often than not, allowing him to keep the pack in check, should any disorderly behavior take place. With his head always held high, and his teeth often shown when he’s upset, though he doesn’t enjoy fighting to resolve problems, he will resort to it if necessary.
Along with those aspects, he is also very unique with his fur coloration, and that which is different is often intimidating. With this, and the above advantages, he is the perfect leader for such an uncivilized group.
---------------------------
Reports of a fight on the border of another pack's territory and your own. Post your character's reaction: Should any fight take place along his borders, so long as it isn’t between his followers, then he will do nothing to stop it, however, he will send some, or go himself, to make sure it doesn’t escalate into his territory. Should any fights break out on his property, blood will spill. He doesn’t approve of fights between his own pack-mates, so he most certainly will not tolerate others fighting on his land.
The only time he will ever help another pack is if, either it is the Dancing Lights Forest, or one of the sides offers him an exceptional offer. If either of these criteria is met, he will be sure to assist in a fight.
---------------------
A male and female wolf in your pack come up to you and ask if they may mate and possibly have children. Your character's reaction in a time of plentiful prey, or a famine. You may choose.:
Karrai is very lenient when it comes to those who choose to mate, however, they must ask him beforehand. To not allow the leader to know of one’s family plans is a great offense, so much so that Karrai may punish you by death or expulsion of the tribe, should you have multiple strikes. In short, most every wolf is allowed to choose whomever they wish to be their partner, but Karrai must simply be informed, though he can say no.
Reactions to mating requests in different scenarios : Famine: Karrai looked at the two wolves, which simply stood there, unmoving, waiting for their answer. They had just asked to mate, to have pups, but in a situation as bad as this for the pack, Karrai didn’t know if he could afford an extra mouth to feed. Looking at the two of them, the only thing he could do was shake his head as their eyes glistened with hope, “I will allow it, under one condition.”
The new couple smiled excitedly, rubbing their noses against each others in affection, “Yes, yes, what is it?” It was obvious that they were pleased to hear this.
Karrai, though he didn’t want to have to say what he was about to, it needed to be said as to show that the veteran members welfare cam before the newborns, “I doubt by the time your pups is born the food shortage will still be occurring. However, should food still be scarce, your pups can and may be sacrificed as food for others. Can you live with that?”
The pair looked at him as though he was insane, “But…but we would never let our pups be eaten!”
“Don’t raise your voice with me!” Karrai snarled, raising his body above the objector, who quickly shrunk down, “I didn’t say you had to have pups now. I said that if you do, then if the famine is still occurring, they might need to be eaten. You are free to wait until the famine is over however to have them. Understand?”
Flood: “Is now really the best of times?” Karrai asked, his voice slightly broken by the rushing water, “Though I don’t see why not, you should probably wait until the circumstances are better.”
“But we wanted to have pups now,” complained the female wolf. Karrai fixed her with a sharp glance, before continuing with what he had to say, “Think about your pup, not you! Any pup born under these circumstances would be uncoordinated and foolish. It might die in this water. Think about that before your own desires.”
The last thing Karrai wanted was for a wolf to be born, simply to die because its parents were impatient.
War: “Absolutely not!” Karrai roared, obviously upset at the request, “Why would you ever ask me something like that? Now, of all times?!”
The two wolves folded their ears back and shuffled on their paws, “We just-“
“I don’t care!” Karrai yelled again, looking around the area then back at the pair, “As of now, the answer is no!”
Plentiful Prey: “Sure, now is an excellent time to raise new ones into the pack. Feel free to,” Karrai smiled happily before sinking his teeth into a succulent fish. The meals currently were excellent, “But there is one condition.”
The male stepped forward and bowed his head in thanks, “Well, what is it?”
Karrai, after finishing his meal, looked at the wolf and said, “Do not let your pups be spoiled. Times won’t always be plentiful, and they need to know that.”
------------------------
Rankings:
Alpha Male: Karrai
Alpha Female: Mate of Leader (currently Karrai)
Upholders: Receives reports of the borders and report back to Karrai.
Fighters: Sent out by Karrai during wars or battles to protect the marsh.
Under-Biters: Apprentices to fighters, trained by them to one day become fighters themselves. Also sent out during wars if required.
Wet-steps: The brand new ones to the fighting business. They train amongst themselves until a fighter takes them in as an under-biter. These ones are not sent out during battles unless the times are desperate.
Connections: Travel back and forth between the tribes to establish relations, or report any suspicious behavior.
Newborns: As the name suggests, they are simply pups.

A very nice application, Hype. I only see one thing that is slightly off, and I do mean slightly: by character's reaction, I meant a role-play sample. Oh, and in times of famine and plenty were in reference to what your character would say or do when asked if the two wolves could mate.
A SIDE NOTE - Does anyone else want to (or will anyone else who currently has a pending or accepted character application) try for the Marshland Alpha position?

Sorry for the inactivity, ya'll. I got caught up in a scam that I thought was a job opportunity. T-T Anyways, is anyone against me claiming the West Shore territory with Achak?*EDIT* I need to bolster activity so I'm taking it. Worst. Reason. Ever! XDWEST SHORE History: After coming into contact with Karrai, alpha of the Moon Children and the marshland territory, Achak realized that his search for the perfect pack for him and his daughter had no end unless he himself created one. Therefor, the male arrived in a semi-deserted territory on the western end of Aurorae Lake and staked his claim. So far he has not yet ventured out to greet the other packs, but already staunchly bbelieves that the Moon Children will never align with his ways.
What Aspects of Your Character's Personality Makes Them A Good Leader?: He is determined to the point of stubbornness and values the lives of his loved ones over his own. He knows, however, that if they are to survive, he must be alive and in good health.
His heart will not allow for cruelty, but his ideals will not allow for insubordination. This pack will be run like the old ones were- simple ranks, dignified, combined hunts, and warfare fought with civility.
Ranks Pack Leader: Achak Dominant Female: (the mate of the pack leader. Known by some as the alpha female) Den Mother/Father: (Usually the most wise and experienced of the pack. Occasionally called the Elder, the Den Mother/Father cares for and educates the young and newly recruited on the ways of survival and the laws of the pack.) Subordinates: (The bulk of the pack. They are the hunters, the warriors, and the caregivers of the sick, young, and old.) Omega(s): (The jesters of the pack. Their role is to relieve stress by cracking jokes and placating higher members. This is actually a somewhat respectful role and is highly necessary for a healthy pack. Unfortunately it is still technically the lowest rank with very little opportunity for betterment.)
There are reports of a fight breaking out on the border of another pack's territory and your own. Post your character's reaction:
Achak flung his head up from his meal of wild turkey as one of the subordinates he had told to scout the perimeter arrived in a huff. The leader lapped at his whisker-pads to remove any remaining bits of flesh but the blood staining his face would not be cleansed until later. His tail rose stiffly at the underling's obviously unsettled behavior, but it was only a sign of a surge of his parental feelings towards the wolf. The dominance he used was more for the sake of the packmember than his own pride.
"Calm yourself, Chenoah [npc]. Take a breath and tell me what's wrong."
The wild-eyed subordinate's chest heaved with gasping breaths for several seconds before he was finally able to speak about what he'd seen.
"Tadi and one of the Marshlanders got into a fight on the edge of our border!"
Achak's eyes darkened as his brows pulled low over them, shadowing his features ignominiously.
"There will be no bloodshed on my lands if I have anything to do with it," stated the leader in a heavy voice with a flourish of his now bristling tail. Without another word, Achak went off like a shot towards the area Chenoah had pointed to, with the subordinate bounding after.
A male and female wolf in your pack come up to you and ask if they may mate and possibly have children. Your character's reaction in a time of plentiful prey, or a famine. You may choose.: Two pairs of eyes met the pack leader's own as he stepped from the lake. He submerged in those still waters frequently to calm his nerves, but it seemed that his serenity would not last long this time. The young lovers who had taken each other as mates not three days ago looked upon their superior with nervous eyes and shuffling paws. Achak smiled, albeit wearily and with reserve, and after a good shake he motioned with his head for the couple to follow.
Once they were sure to be unheard by the other pack members, Achak seated himself calmly and addressed them.
"Before you say anything, know that I am over-joyed that you have found each other and congratulate you. You may speak freely now."
The male was silent and took to avoiding Achak's gaze, to which the female sighed softly and rolled her eyes before clearing her throat.
"We came to ask you, sir, if... erm.. if we could..."
Achak could not contain the smile that etched onto his dark features. "Yeeeess...?"
"Ehem. If we could perhaps, jut maybe.. um.. well.. you know. Do the deed? Maybe have some pups?"
Achak's smile faltered and subsequently vanished as a result of this question. He closed his eyes for a moment, knowing that the couple would be waiting eagerly for his response but realizing he need a few moments to think. With tensions running high between the other packs, he could use a few more fighters around. On the other paw, if fights were to break out sooner rather than later, he would have even more innocents on his hands rather than warriors. Food was not scarce, however, so besides the fear of the pups dying from raids, he had no real reason to refuse them. Though his gut warned against him doing so, Achak opened his eyes and gave a single, wordless nod.
"You may. But realize that their safety may be an issue should things continue as they are with the other packs."
"We understand, Achak. Thank you so much! We'll let you have your peace now... C'mon, Ralph!"

History: Having grown up within the eastern shore pack, Keyu was already well known by the time he became Alpha. He rose through the ranks, with just a few minor hiccups. When he became one of the Beta pairs, Keyu knew he would have to display his power and dominance over the other Betas. He found an opportunity to do this, when one of the other Betas got involved in a fight with a lower pack member. He stepped in and controlled the fight, at which point that Beta was demoted to a regular pack member. From then on, people respected him as a keeper of the peace, and the most dominant Beta. The Alpha was old, and had already lost her mate. Death was calling her name, and Keyu was named the new Alpha after she died. The older wolves of the pack were well respected, and they were the ones who appointed him in their trust, and in charge of his pack.
What Aspects of Your Character's Personality Makes Them A Good Leader?: • He enforces his dominance, without being aggressive or a tormenting figure. • He tries to avoid violence if he can, but he’s not afraid to sort out any arguments with physical dominance. • He’s stubborn, and won’t put up with wolves trying to beat his arguments down. He will take their ideas into consideration, however. • He’s grown up with the pack, so is respected and sees it as a family. He wouldn’t betray his family or his home, and would defend it with his life. Reports of a fight breaking out on the border of another pack's territory and your own. Post your character's role-played reaction: Plumes of dust swirled in the air as two wolves batted each other with their paws, and play growled and nipped. Each one stood on their hind legs and tried to push the other on their backs, their tails wagging playfully. Lying on his stomach on a stray patch of grass, Keyu watched happily. These two wolves were just out of puphood, and were already proving their worth as valuable pack members. They had not proved themselves in a true fight yet, but that would come with time. Keyu’s thoughts were interrupted by a sudden commotion over in the peripheral of his vision. He raised his head and turned it, to look over at the line of dry bushes that marked the wall for the sparring grounds. It seemed like a wolf was trying to push through the brambles, rather than take time running around. Keyu stayed where he was, watching the wolf with lazy amusement; it was only when the young wolf started howling his name did he stand up, and pad over to where he was trapped in the thin branches. The wolf was relatively small and skinny, and Keyu recognised him as one of the patrol wolves he had sent to mark the border that morning. The fact that he was alone sparked alarms of trepidation in Keyu’s heart. “What is it, Jala?” He asked the wolf. He took a few moments to get his breath back, but the youngling finally replied, “I-i was sent back...by the patrol, fight...by the border...” ”Where, exactly?” He growled impatiently. “Come on, Jala!” The young wolf had done well, but he needed to tell Keyu where the fight was. The wolf told him, and Keyu instantly turned around to the two wolves that had been sparring. “Rena, Lugar, come with me, now!” He started to make his way out of the sparring area, before turning back and adding, “You too, Jala.” It was time for these wolves to prove their worth. He’d try and stop the fighting before it escalated, but if that was not destined to happen, well so be it. He’d need some skilled fighters to help him, either way.
A male and female wolf in your pack come up to you and ask if they may mate and possibly have children. Your character's reaction in a time of plentiful prey, or a famine. You may choose.:
Famine The dreary winter sun managed to poke a few rays of sunshine through the canopy of cloud, but nothing that would manage to melt the thick blanket of snow that turned everything cold and white. The stone where Keyu lay was under an overhang, and was mostly away from the glaring rays of the sun bouncing off the snow. The pack was working around him; some were playing, some were helping with the young, or just lazing about. There was nothing particularly important that needed to be done, apart from the matter at hand. Keyu surveyed the two wolves in front of him. They both stood apprehensively at the mouth of his den, standing close together. Keyu had been watching them grow close over a while, they were well suited together. But he had known this time to be coming for a while, and he had been dreading the time when they would ask. Why couldn’t they just have waited? They wanted to be mates, and have pups. Keyu was seriously debating whether to let them, or say no to their request. He had no right to stop them if they wanted to be each other’s mates, yet he had to think of the good of the pack above anything else. Slowly, he started to speak. “I know you are of noble lines,” He began, “And I know any pups you would bring into the pack would be healthy, and would be of good stock.”The two wolves glowed with pride at the compliment. He started to speak again, “However, however much I loathe not being able to accept your request, I can’t.” He watched the two wolves stiffen with disappointment. “The winter has held this land in its grip for a long time now, longer than it is used to. The amount of food coming into the pack has dropped,-“ He was suddenly interrupted at an outburst from the male. “But Keyu, we would both stop our rations, and give them back to the pack! We would-“ Standing quickly to his feet, Keyu growled, “Hold your tongue unless I say otherwise, and remember your place!” His anger filtered away as the wolf shrank back submissively. “I would not let you drop your rations. The pups could possibly be seven more mouths to feed, and your two daily rations would not cover that. Either the pups would die, or other members of the pack will. I cannot allow that to happen.” Lying back down, he pondered for a moment. “However, I am going to offer you an alternative. Every morning, from this day, go to the lake and stand upon the ice. When the time comes when the ice is thawed enough and you fall into the water, you can mate.” He had offered them a sticky alternative. The prospect of trying to dump themselves in the icy lake was a dreary one, yet if they really wanted the pups they would do it. “I know you would bring these pups up to be fine warriors, and when the spring comes, you can. It wouldn’t be fair on the rest of the pack right now.” The couple looked relatively happy, though downhearted slightly at the idea of waiting. “You may go.” Dismissed Keyu.

Good application, once again! ^-^ One thing needs to be changed if you want the "Military-like" pack/territory. The territory and the packs who have owned it are marked with warfare. There's a training ground for a reason (I see you've worked that in there with the pups battling ;3), but remember that the pack must be extremely strict and hungry to advance their borders. Keep in mind that this pack is also one of the defining factors of AL's plot, so you will need to be very active to keep involved. If you agree to all of this, you may take the territory as yours. <3

History: Kingsblood's long travelling history means that he has travelled over many miles, and through many pack lands. He often happened upon odd or interesting characters and such picked up a few stragglers or pack members who were unhappy with their current leadership on his journey who eventually came to look to him as their leader. However, they had not settled in a specific area and they spent the majority of their time wandering the land.
That was, however, until they happened upon the East Shore territory. It had seemed relatively abandoned and Kingsblood was willing to kick out any other wolves who dare claim it as their own. Within the territory their lay a large dirt area that would later become known as the Proving Grounds. Kingsblood would use this area to train the larger of the stragglers to become his soldiers. This would later come to use when members of a pack farther south mistakenly entered the territory in attempt to find more prey for themselves.
Rankings:- Alpha
- Queen
- Diplomats
- Soldiers
- Patrolmen
- Subordinate Officers
What Aspects of Your Character's Personality Makes Them A Good Leader: Kingsblood does not particularly like to beat around the bush and will at most times be very blunt when he speaks, making him an excellent leader both when sharing information with his pack members and represting the pack at meetings of neutralized diplomacy. He can also be persistant and selfish, making him eager to expand pack territory. He is an intelligent and merciless leader.
Reports of a fight breaking out on the border of another pack's territory and your own. Post your character's role-played reaction: Kingsblood lay in his den lazily overlooking the vast space of land in front of him. He basked in the fact that he s ruler of this larger expanse of land, and yet at the same time scowled at how small this space all seemed. He sat up sleepy when a patrolman, first sprinting then trotting, came over to him. "Sir," he greeted breathlessly. "There's been a fight broken out over yonder on the borders." He threw his head in the direction of the fight as Kingsblood's ears perked up and his eyes narrowed. "How many?" He asked in a low growl. The patrolman's ears went back slowly, "About seven or so, sir." Kingsblood's growled before jumping to his feet and barking orders. "Rally a group of soldiers and alert the other patrolmen." There would be no fighting on his borders. He would not allow it.
A male and female wolf in your pack come up to you and ask if they may mate and possibly have children. Your character's reaction in a time of plentiful prey, or a famine:- Famine: The young couple stared at him expectantly as Kingsblood just looked at them, dumbfounded. "So you're telling me," he growled "is that you two wish to mate when we can barely feed the entirety of the pack, is that correct?" He flicked his tail in annoyance as the two wolves looked at one another. The female stuttered a simple, "Y-yes.." and Kingsblood shot up. "Leave!" He commanded. "Get out of my sight. You already know my answer." The couple hesitated and he snapped at them, "Return to your duties!"
- Plentiful Prey: Kingsblood circled the couple as they relayed to him their request. He sat, finally, in front of the pair and studied them for a while. "You wish to have pups, is it?" He asked. The couple nodded their heads eagerly and nuzzled each other. Kingsblood momentarily narrowed his eyes before they returned their gaze to him. "We currently have a steady prey supply.." He flicked his tail and paused, purposely keeping the pair in suspense. "and the weather has been particularly mild with little storms, and the packs seem to be at peace for now.." He smirked before slowly getting up and padding away. "As you wish." He said, simply.

I see a few minor errors, such as "stood up sleepy" instead of "sleepily", but nothing too concerning. You may have the territory, but remember to run your posts through Microsoft Word or another word processor before posting.

History: Mazoba wanted to become a leader of the East shore pack. He had been strong and beat the current leader of that pack. He has beaten a whole gang of 12 wolves and they soon obeyed him. They became a gang. They were called the East shore pack. The biggest hardship they all had is seeing west shore gang and winning their fight with them. It was hard and 2 wolves died in honor of there gang and leader, Mazoba.
Personality: Mazoba is wise so he can lead the pack and help them through tough times. He is nice to only his pack so they respect him and love him as a brother. He is strong so he is a protecter and is trusted to stay in front of the gang all the time. He is watchful so his gang is not put into hard times.
Reaction: Mazoba ran down and jumped on the other gang. Ripping the injured ones so they would die. He went on to the bigger ones and signaled wolves from his gang to run and hide. He bit the strong ones neck and him and his pack ran fleeing the seen of dead wolves ripped apart.
Mazoba's mate: Kalaya came up to Mazoba and barked "Well Mazoba I really like you. Would you like to be my mate? I really want strong and smart pups." She put her ears straight and her eyes sparkled in the sunlight. "Ummmm well I really like you to." He nudged her they walked away together into the sunset.
